This mod drastically increases the distance from which you can target NPCs in V.A.T.S from. The main benefit of not using VATS is that you are pretty much guaranteed to hit if you have lined up the shot correctly, and the shot doesn't use AP. My 1st Mod for Fallout 4 VATS doesn't *always* crash, but rarely it will cause the game to freeze, and for example, if I've got the radio on, the current song will finish and the radio then stops too.
